Taking up the Torch - Sprague-Rosser Contracting is a legacy that was passed down through the Sprague and Rosser families. Each new family member at the helm or part of the Team took up the challenge to make Sprague-Rosser even better then their predecessor. Today at Sprague-Rosser we embrace this legacy internally through constant evaluation of what we do and how we can do it better and externally by working diligently to exceed the expectations of our clients.
MEMBERSHIPS & AFFILIATIONS
ARHCA - The Alberta Roadbuilders and Heavy Construction Association: The ARHCA works with the public, industry, and other groups to build awareness of the role transportation infrastructure and construction in Alberta. They also offer various occupational health and safety training and development courses related to construction.
ACA - Alberta Construction Association: The ACA is a provincial agency that works in government advocacy, public relations, industry practices and partnerships, and promotion of careers in construction.
ECA - Edmonton Construction Association: The ECA offers current information on construction procurement opportunities and industry activities for their members.
Merit Contractors: Representing the full scope of the construction industry in Alberta, Merit Contractors Association focuses on the human resource needs of their members offering employee benefits, training, retirement programs and tuition refunds.
The Workers' Compensation Board (WCB): Alberta is a non-profit organization that manages workplace safety within the province. Sprague-Rosser is proud to have a strong, higher then the industry average safety rating through the WCB Alberta and we're bettering that every year!
